I lead the design of tools for devs and creatives, all through the lens of play. I started my career in 2010 as a filmmaker and game designer, which gave me a sharp eye for storytelling, and 10 years ago delved into product design and game design. My biggest passion is helping creatives (be it users, teammates, or direct reports) become their truest selves, and have had the pleasure of growing teams from 1 person to 30+.
